What is invisible for your client? What is not billed? Was it the preparation the night before? That one hour extra work to see what adaptation of the programme works best for the client? The customer doesn’t see it.

It is these special things that we don’t see. They don’t immediately deliver a higher turnover. And that’s not the purpose of it. But it is these things that work in the long run. Next month, next year.
